Attend MBREA’s upcoming Breakfast with the Experts to learn about recent changes to Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s condominium project review and approval process and how they impact the appraisal process. The presenters will explain how to obtain and verify information about phasing, budgets and legal documents necessary for accurate appraisal reports. Speakers are W. Patrick Connolly of Fannie Mae and Ben Niles of Freddie Mac.This program is for both residential appraisers who perform individual unit assignments and for general appraisers who provide consulting and valuation services to developers and supervise trainees. MA approved this seminar for 3 hours of non-residential continuing education credit that also may be used by residential appraisers for continuing education. It has been submitted to CT, NH, RI and VT for continuing education approval.
