2026-2027 7-Hour USPAP Live Streaming

The MBREA is pleased to offer the 2026-2027 USPAP Update Continuing Education Course in two 3.5-hours morning sessions.
Class dates: December 17 & 18, 2025

Required Publications
Please note you are required to have the three publications listed below as well as the technology to attend an interactive Zoom class as described in the live-streaming class requirements below. Email me your receipts for the book purchase as we are required to verify you have the books.
1. The USPAP Publication: There are no changes to USPAP for 2026-2027. USPAP purchased for a 2024-2025 Update class will be used for the 2026-2027 class.
The following two publications are new, and you will have to purchase them directly from the Appraisal Foundation store: https://appraisalfoundation.org/pages/store
2. The 2026 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual: This comprehensive manual includes Advisory Opinions, Frequently Asked Questions, and a Reference Index, providing additional context and clarification.
3. The 2026-2027 7-Hour Student Manual: This manual is specifically tailored to support your learning throughout the course.
Pro Tip: For those opting for digital versions, it is recommended to print the case studies -- book pages 32 to 43 -- from the Student Manual. This will facilitate navigation during the course as all three books will be utilized.
Live-Streaming Class Requirements
A Zoom link will be emailed to the email address we have on record. You may forward the email to a different email address of yours, but it is not to be shared with others. So we can begin at 8:30, we would like you to login to Zoom and enter the waiting room no later than 8:20 a.m. each morning. We watch the waiting room and will open the classroom “door” once we see everyone is present.
To successfully participate in the course and receive credit, you need to meet the following technical requirements:

- Books 2 & 3 are available in either print or digital (PDF) versions through the Appraisal Foundation’s store: https://appraisalfoundation.org/pages/store
- According to the Foundation, print books are shipped within 48 hours of ordering and may take up to 10 days for delivery.
- Digital versions can be downloaded immediately after ordering.
- Please be certain to order the proper year (2026-2027) and version (digital or print) you wish to purchase.

- Computer with Camera, Microphone, and Speakers: Your computer must have a functioning camera, microphone, and speakers. The camera must be turned on during instructional time, and you should be able to hear and verbally interact with the instructor and fellow students.
- Zoom Familiarity: If you are not already familiar with Zoom, we highly recommend conducting a test of your equipment at zoom.us/test. Zoom offers comprehensive support articles to assist you in resolving any technical issues you may encounter during the live-streaming classes.
