2 Half-Days Virtual 2022-2023 Version 7-Hour USPAP

For your convenience, this 7-hour USPAP Update class is being offered over two days from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day. To obtain CE credit you must attend class on both May 11 and May 12, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This presentation consists of material necessary for meeting continuing education requirements for general and residential appraisers. The update covers all of the applicable standards using a combination of lectures and case studies.

Credit info: This course is approved in CT, MA, RI and VT, for 7 hours of continuing education credit. Please note that not all states accept CE that is provided by synchronous – virtual or live-streaming – means. You should always check with your state about their policy on synchronous education before registering for a class. The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers adopted a policy on November 18, 2021, authorizing the use of synchronous education for CE credit on a permanent basis.

Important USPAP Update Notice
The Appraisal Qualifications Board requires all students attending an in-person or live-streaming USPAP Update class to possess a copy of the USPAP. If you have a copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP you do not need to purchase a new copy (only for classes conducted in 2022).
Students must bring the following materials, which must be purchased directly from the Appraisal Foundation (link is below), to both in-person and live-streaming classes.
- The 2020-2021 version of the USPAP (same as used for the 2020-2021 Update class)
- The 2022-2023 7-Hour National USPAP Update Student Manual
- The 2022 USPAP Reference Manual
