I signed up for a class and now have trouble accessing it. What should I do?
First, make sure you are logging in at mbrea.fastclass.com. If you continue to have difficulties contact technical support as described below.
What happens if I have technical difficulties, including logging in, while taking the course?

How long will I have access to my courses?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.
How do I receive my course completion certificate?
You will be able to print the certificate immediatley after completion of course.
What is the refund policy for distance education courses?
Continuing Education refunds are available up to 14 calendar days after the date of enrollment. To request a refund, contact Technical Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-866-455-3278.

Where are these courses approved?
All our online courses are approved in the New England States: MA, CT, RI, VT, NH & ME (AQB Approved) where included when you register. Please note that each state has their own continuing education requirements.
NEW HAMPSHIRE has special requirements:
- New Hampshire: Within each two year cycle all appraisers must have completed at least 28 hours of continuing education. All renewing appraisers (including Apprentices) must attend the National 7-hour USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent), every two years. This seven hour class is included in the required 28 hours. A minimum of one half of your continuing education must have been completed in a classroom setting. The USPAP Update may be taken online or in a classroom setting.
