$125 -- MBREA and MA/RI Chapter AI members*
$175 -- Non-members
Early bird pricing ends November 27, 2020 and prices increase by $30

*MA/RI Chapter AI Members who do not belong to MBREA: Contact the AI Chapter office for a discount code. AI members who belong to MBREA should not use the code. You will receive member pricing after logging in.

Refund Policy: A full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be given if your cancellation notice is received 72 business hours prior to the December 8, 2020. No refunds for cancellations received within 72 business hours of the Expo.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the New England Appraisers Expo constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the New England Appraisers Expo, the MBREA and the MA-RI Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Important Notice Concerning the Virtual Expo:

To comply with state requirements, the live streaming Expo is interactive and to participate and receive continuing education credit students must have a computer or device with a camera and audio that allows the instructor to physically see and interact with all students in the class.
Please email a copy of your driver’s license to the MBREA office (
staff@mbrea.org) prior to the start of the class as we are required to verify students’ identity.
Attendance will be taken at various times during the class utilizing polls.

The class will be conducted using Zoom. Please note the following:

  • A link will be sent to you prior to the class in a separate email. The link is unique and should not be shared.
  • You do not need to have a paid Zoom account. We do recommend that if you have not previously Zoomed, you go to https://zoom.us/ to download their app, and test your camera and audio connections.
  • This class is interactive and the instructor and students must be able to see and talk with each other.
