What areas of liability do appraisers face in 2023? This program overviews current and emerging trends presenting risk to professional appraisers. Incorporating a look back at the wave of complaints experienced when the housing market collapsed in 2008, coupled with an examination of current issues, such as valuation bias and legal actions against appraisers, this seminar will better prepare you to professionally carry out your duties.
