Approved in CT, MA (R/NR) and RI for 3-hours of continuing education credit and submitted to NH for up to 3-hours of continuing education credit.

Notes:

  • Due to the technical detail of this Breakfast with the Experts attendance will be capped at 30 students.
  • System requirements: Students are strongly encluraged to bring a laptop to class that will be connected to the Internet by hardwire for downloading and installing software that will be used during the presentation.

  • Knowledge of newer technologies that will allow them to improve their property analyses and enhance the presentation of data in their reports
  • An digital handout providing a guide to the topics covered in the workshop.

 The class objective is to provide appraisers who want to improve their reports with examples of how to present and analyze real estate data with basic geospatial tools.

System requirements: Students are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop to class that will be connected to the Internet by hardwire connection (for which you may need a USB to Ethernet adapter if your laptop does not have an Ethernet port). Students will receive instructions concerning what open source software that they will want to download and install prior to the class and which will be used during the presentation. Attendees are expected to have either the Firefox or Chrome browser installed on their laptop.
