"I learned how little I knew about this type of home. I learned a lot of useful information in this class about how I can get more experience and be more proficient in my work."
"I found I need to learn a lot more and feel motivated to pursue more information, especially the many websites noted in the class materials."
The name game has taken over the residential housing market nationwide. Many of us incorrectly assume we understand the terms and physical differences in these names. Knowledge is power and will keep you from being the last to know and possibly from being the first to be sued. This four-hour seminar will take you through pictures and physical differences in these 3-Ms and panelized high-performance structures then add the ultimate title of high performance to them. The marketing and valuation challenges will be listed and solutions will be identified. Last but certainly not least, the view of how these 3-Ms and panelized homes are financed will give you the all-around content you need to stay abreast of the name game in modular, manufactured, and panelized homes.
