Avoiding Disciplinary Actions For Residential Appraisers Live-Streaming
The goal of this course is to help residential appraisers avoid issues that could lead to findings from their State Licensing Boards that could result in disciplinary actions.
- This course is based on actual disciplinary findings from around the country.
- As the course progresses you will see different findings, but also many that are similar or overlapping. They are included because one error can impact various other areas of a report.
