Appraising Waterfront Properties provides the appraiser with an understanding of the typical buyer, legal issues, locational impact, and what a reviewer is looking for. Upon completion, the appraiser should be able to recognize legal issues impacting a property, physical characteristics impacting a property, identify the market the subject property competes in, determine the highest and best use of the property and the methods and techniques for supporting adjustments.
