Classes dates: April 29 & 30, 2021 - Live Streaming Via Zoom - 8:30am - 4:30pm. Full attendance both days is required. 

Important Notice Concerning Virtual Classes:

MBREA’s live streaming seminars are interactive and to participate and receive continuing education credit students must have a computer or device with a camera and audio that allows the instructor to physically see and interact with all students in the class.
 
Please email a copy of your driver’s license to the MBREA office (
staff@mbrea.org) prior to the start of the class as we are required to verify students’ identity.
 
Attendance will be taken at various times during the class.

The class will be conducted using Zoom. Please note the following:

  • A link will be sent to you prior to the class in a separate email. The link is unique and should not be shared.
  • You do not need to have a paid Zoom account. We do recommend that if you have not previously Zoomed, you go to https://zoom.us/ to download their app, and test your camera and audio connections.
USPAP Materials Notice: The Appraisal Qualifications Board requires all students in the class possess a copy of the USPAP. MBREA will not be providing the USPAP and the 15-hour student manual for live streamed classes. Students must purchase a copy of the USPAP and 15-hour student manual directly from the Appraisal Foundation store (link below). The instructor will verify you have a copy of USPAP at the beginning of the class.

Credit info: Synchronous delivery of this course has been approved by MA for 15 hours of qualifying education credit. Please contact licensing authorities in CT, ME, NH, RI and VT to verify acceptance of sychnchronous qualifying education. It may not be used for CE credit in lieu of a 7-hour update class. *MBREA is a secondary provider of this course for the Appraisal Foundation.

This 15-hour course will be presented by practicing, independent fee appraisers well-versed in the professional and ethical standards of the appraisal community. They are also experienced lecturers who will explain, in practical real world terms, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. The format includes lectures, case studies and student participation. An examination will be administered.

Fees: $370 for Members / $470 for Non-Members (Price Includes the student manual)
Add $25 for registrations received on or after April 23, 2021
