Refresher Seminar for Experienced Appraisers
"Very helpful refresher course which covered a lot of ground in a short period of time. Highly recommend This course!"
The Refresher Seminar for Experienced Appraisers will test the knowledge of experienced real property valuation professionals and provide instruction and foster discussion on various aspects of appraising.
The seminar begins with a self-assessment exercise consisting of 32 questions. The purpose of the self-assessment is to identify the students’ strengths and weaknesses. The seminar will then provide instruction on several topics, serving not as in-depth treatment of the subject, but focusing instead on reintroducing students to concepts previously learned. The goal of the seminar is to give students an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and improve their appraisal practice.
