The Refresher Seminar for Experienced Appraisers will test the knowledge of experienced real property valuation professionals and provide instruction and foster discussion on various aspects of appraising.
The seminar begins with a self-assessment exercise consisting of 32 questions. The purpose of the self-assessment is to identify the students’ strengths and weaknesses. The seminar will then provide instruction on several topics, serving not as in-depth treatment of the subject, but focusing instead on reintroducing students to concepts previously learned. The goal of the seminar is to give students an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and improve their appraisal practice.
Important Notice Concerning Virtual Classes:
MBREA’s live streaming seminars are interactive and to participate and receive continuing education credit students must have a computer or device with a camera and audio that allows the instructor to physically see and interact with all students in the class.
Attendance will be taken at various times during the class.
